Culinary Students Introduced to Career Opportunities

Mountain Ridge Prostart did an industry tour recently and had a great time! A big thank you to Caputo's Market & Deli for giving us an amazing tour and tasting of their regional fine foods including chocolates, cheeses, olives, sardines, potato chips, and different meats. Our students enjoyed learning about new foods and sustainable global agriculture practices. We also went to SLCC Culinary School and got a tour of their amazing facilities and their catering class served us an incredible meal led by one of their capstone students. A big thank you to our industry partners who show our students the incredible career opportunities available in the culinary industry!
