We are excited to invite you to an evening at Mountain Ridge High School titled "The Tech Effect: Teens, Screens, and the Brain." This special event will take place on Monday, October 13th, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM in the school auditorium.
We are honored to host Dr. Christy Kane, Ph.D., a renowned mental health expert, as our guest speaker. Dr. Kane is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) with a Doctorate in Psychology. She is celebrated for her deep understanding of the impacts of modern technology on our brains, and her work bridges the gap between understanding and resilience.
Dr. Kane will share her insights into how technology is influencing the mental health of teens today. Her talk will explore the latest research and provide practical advice on managing technology use for better mental well-being.
