Why Are We Doing This?
Life can be tough, but you're tougher! The whole point of SOS is to make sure every student knows their personal backup team and superpowers—those things that keep you strong when things get rough. The Gratitude Tree is a fun, visual way to celebrate your best stuff: your Positive Friends, Family Support, Mentors, and those amazing Healthy Activities that keep you going.
How to Get Involved (It's Easy!)
Swing by the SOS table in The Commons during A or B Lunch tomorrow, Thursday, November 20, 2025. Grab a leaf and share your thanks!
-
Red Leaves: This is for the MVPs! Shout out a person who's had your back (a friend, teacher, sibling) or something you genuinely love about yourself (hello, personal strength!).
-
Orange Leaves: What's making life good right now? Write down a cool experience you had or a positive thing you're grateful for (like that great song, or finally nailing that jump shot).
-
Yellow Leaves: This is about ACTION! Generosity is our theme, so tell us how you show thanks to the people around you—a compliment, a high-five, or just checking in on a friend.
Let's turn The Commons into a vibrant forest of thanks and resilience! Come find us, grab a leaf, and share your strength!
