We know that championships aren't won in August—they are earned in January. Our philosophy is simple: Find a Way. Whether it’s in the film room or under the rack, we are committed to the daily grind that turns potential into power. As the proverb goes, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." We push each other every day so that when the Friday Night Lights return, we are the sharpest team on the field.
