At Mountain Ridge, our mission of service extends far beyond our local community. Starting Monday, February 2nd, the National Honor Society (NHS), in partnership with the Jamaica Red Cross, will host a month-long donation drive to support elementary schools in Jamaica as they rebuild following recent hurricane devastation.
How You Can Help: We are collecting new and unopened supplies to ensure Jamaican students have the tools they need to return to the classroom.
Drop-off Location: 📍 The Media Center (Collection begins Monday, Feb 2nd)
Supplies Needed (New & Unopened):

Essentials: Backpacks, pencils, pens, paper, notebooks, and rulers.

Art & Classroom: Crayons, markers, chalk, highlighters, glue, scissors, erasers, and classroom decorations.

Reading: New or gently used books (must be in like-new condition).
Student Recognition: Donations qualify for NHS Service Hours or hours toward the Sentinel Service Award! Stay tuned for specific hour-conversion details.
