Last week, the Mountain Ridge Girls Wrestling team did what few ever accomplish: they defended the throne. For the second consecutive year, our Sentinels have captured the 6A State Championship, proving that excellence isn't just an act—at The Ridge, it’s a habit.
Through sheer grit, unmatched discipline, and a relentless pursuit of greatness, these athletes dominated the mats to bring the trophy back to Herriman. This "Back-to-Back" victory is a testament to the culture built by our coaching staff and the heart of every wrestler on the roster.
