Mountain Ridge High School is incredibly proud of the dedication, talent, and growth our Drill Team has displayed since our doors opened. As we move into the next phase of our program’s journey, we are pleased to introduce a new leader who will continue to build upon that strong foundation.
We are thrilled to announce that Brooke Pando is stepping into the role of Head Drill Team Coach! With extensive experience and a proven track record — including three consecutive 6A state titles — she brings both excellence and leadership to the program.
After taking a few years away to raise her three beautiful children and focus on professional choreography, Brooke is excited to return and lead Mountain Ridge as they continue to grow into a formidable team. She looks forward to inspiring, developing, and building something truly special with the Mountain Ridge Drill Team.
We are grateful for the path paved by our previous leadership and look forward to seeing our athletes thrive under Coach Pando’s mentorship. Welcome to the Ridge!
