THE STAGE IS SET. Mountain Ridge High is officially opening the search for our next High School Athletic Director. This is the engine behind every game, every athlete, and every championship pursuit at The Ridge.
THE MISSION: From the first whistle of the season to the final awards banquet, the AD is responsible for the elite execution of our athletic department:

THE ROSTER: Building relationships with Coaches, managing stipends, certifications (CPR/First Aid/Concussion), and ensuring the Athletic Code of Conduct is upheld.

GAME DAY: Overseeing everything from Hometown ticket sales and Utah Arbiter officials to locker room hospitality and game-day highlights.

THE VAULT: Managing team budgets, spreadsheets, and community sponsorships to ensure no coach or program struggles financially.

ACADEMIC GRIT: Tracking athlete grades and eligibility through Panorama and ensuring every student is cleared in Register My Athlete.

THE FACILITIES: Coordinating all practices, games, and youth programs while prioritizing needs for maintenance and equipment.
