Mountain Ridge High School is thrilled to announce the hiring of Ashley Hobbs as our new Head Girls Softball Coach!
Coach Hobbs joins the Sentinel family directly from Alta High School, where she served as the Head Softball Coach for the past two years. We are incredibly excited to bring her leadership and experience over to our program as we prepare for the upcoming season.
She steps into a program that has firmly established itself as a top-tier contender in the state. Our Sentinels are fresh off an outstanding 2026 season where the team finished ranked 6th overall in Utah's highly competitive 6A classification.
We are ready to get back out on the dirt, hit the ground running, and continue building on that incredible momentum. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Coach Hobbs as she steps into this new role at Mountain Ridge High School. Welcome to the Ridge! Go Sentinels!
