Mountain Ridge HOSA will host our annual Fall Blood Drive with ARUP Blood Services on Thursday, September 3rd, in the Small Gym. National blood banks are experiencing an urgent shortage—especially for A+ blood—making every donor essential to saving lives.
Please note that this year's event has been moved up to September to accommodate new FDA regulations restricting donors 18 and under to donating once every 6 months.
Student Donor Eligibility & Requirements:

Age Requirement: Must be 16 years of age or older.

Mandatory Permission Slips: All student donors must pick up a physical permission slip from Mrs. Holmes in room O-2507 prior to the day of the event. Slips will NOT be distributed on the day of the drive, and students without completed slips will not be permitted to donate.

Identification: Students must present a valid photo ID containing their name, picture, and date of birth (Skyward profile, driver's permit, or driver's license are acceptable).
Faculty and staff are welcome as walk-ins and will receive priority line status.
