Trills and Thrills Music Festival Scores Excellent

The orchestras participated in the Trills and Thrills Music Festival last Saturday and did very well. All three orchestras earned superior and excellent ratings from the judges. Chamber Orchestra got superior ratings and high compliments from both judges, who said they were "an extremely mature sounding group."

If you would like to hear the orchestras play, we have one final concert on May 26th at 7:00 pm in the MRHS auditorium. Olivia Tobler, Hannah Wilkerson, and Kjerstin Cope will be performing solos with the orchestra, and String Orchestra will premiere a piece written by this year's AP Music Theory class. It's going to be an amazing concert.
